US Air Force Title X War Game

The Air Force's Title X War Game was a large-scale, global war game that presented multiple global challenges to a team led by a three-star general. At the game's peak, 300 participants would coordinate activities to solve multiple global crises. Our team designed and developed a war game information system (WIS) that would model real-world assets and foreign activity in a turn-based presentation to facilitate such a large scale. The users would interact with the WIS to plan their actions, move forces, and engage enemy units.

Child Care Management Software
An ASP.NET Core web application with a Xamarin companion application. I was a back-end developer initially tasked with implementing the payment processing system utilizing Stripe Connect, then additional features of the application. I also created the initial cross-platform companion App using Xamarin.

Major Airline Maintenance Software
A web-based heavy check maintenance application for major airlines. I created the prototype used to make the initial sale to a major airline, then tasked with building a department to deliver the full production version. This involved hiring, training, and mentoring a new staff of 15 developers and 5 QA while leading the development and managing customers. The application has saved clients millions of dollars per year in maintenance costs. The company name was changed from Sinex Aviation Technologies to EmpowerMX.
