Support Team Performance Analysis
The main performance dashboard contained, among other measures: speed to first reply (broken by chats opened during working hours or outside of working hours), the average time to resolution, average satisfaction score, and percentage of chats escalated to level 2. The dashboards allow filtering by support representatives to see their performance compared to the rest of the team and different time resolutions (week, month, and quarter). All the main KPIs show the growth from the previous period.
Other dashboards in this project are: customer satisfaction score analysis, which provides insights as to how different customer tiers rate the team, and the support given to different types of requests (report a bug\assistance\general questions, etc.).
A live control room operational dashboard for the use of a team manager to see the current status, the number of chats handled by each rep, and load management.
Jira tickets dashboard to measure issues coming from customers and escalated to R&D as bugs or product questions.
