Brompton.com is an eCommerce platform where users can buy different folding bicycles from a British manufacturer based in London. It is a multi-language site connected with its stores. Customers also can register their bikes to protect their investment and buy other branded accessories.

As an agile tester, I reviewed stories and analyzed requirements before every sprint. I created test cases during the sprint and executed them after the changes were done. I reported bugs in the proper system, if any, re-tested and made regression tests at the end of the sprint, checked the released version on production, and wrote automation according to the regression test suite.

Audiocodes is a leading provider of advanced communications software. With its "VoiceAI Connect," users can create a communication hub between any bot framework, telephony system, and cognitive speech service. It supports practically any voice-bot use case, such as a virtual agent.

For this project, I tested new features manually, wrote test case documents with traceability matrix, and after validation, I wrote UI automation tests with Java, TestNG, and cucumber. Projects include component cases as E2E tests.

TBC Pay is a payment platform that enables customers to pay for different services with local and foreign cards, transfer money via personal or mobile numbers, make card-to-card transactions, and create templates for services to evaluate debt.

As a manual QA engineer, I had to write test cases and checklists, update and refactor cases for every new feature or change in the project, execute regression test suites, and perform smoke tests on production after every release. I also generated reports for bugs, completed issues for stakeholders, made demos, and presented new functionalities.

TBC Pay Mobile is a payment app with different service payments. The application also includes a money transfer functionality, money request, and various service payments such as utility bills, transport fines, banking services, and more.

I tested iOS and Android mobile apps manually to improve the quality and increase app rates in stores. I was accountable for every version to be stable with minimum defects. As a manual QA, I made test cases for the full functionality.
