Work Experience

Lead Software Engineer

2022 - PRESENT
bluesweep.xyz
  • Designed and developed a real-time NFT marketplace aggregator platform from the ground up, which involves data processing and aggregation from OpenSea and Ethereum Optimism blockchain.
  • Processed over $60,000 of 8,000 NFT purchasing transactions on the platform securely.
  • Optimized the website speed 5 to 10 times through caching, CDN, automated image resizing, and data normalization—resulting in better user experience and satisfaction.
Technologies: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Web 3.0, Non-fungible Tokens (NFT), TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Cloudflare, Node.js, Next.js

Co-founder | Head of Engineering

2019 - 2022
Flipay
  • Traded $10 million in volume with the automated cryptocurrency arbitraging system. I led the development of the system with a sophisticated algorithm to find the best routing to execute the orders on the exchanges.
  • Achieved a $1 million user trading volume with a 68% retention rate on the best-rated cryptocurrency trading mobile app during alpha testing launch. I led the development team to build the application from scratch.
  • Processed $300 million of digital bond transactions in the bank wallet platform with blockchain I provided consultation on. I am a part of the engineering team to develop and upgrade the blockchain with the ledger system.
  • Executed 1,000 trading transactions per day on the DEX aggregator. I led engineers to build the initial platform, which extracts the data from the decentralized exchange to construct the real-time chart web-embedded built on top of PancakeSwap.

Vice President of Engineering | Developer

2016 - 2018
Omise Payment (currently OPN)
  • Led over 30 front-end and back-end engineers to tackle the challenges of the payment business and successfully delivered more than ten major projects for less than a year.
  • Successfully processed customer transactions over $100 million with 99.99% uptime while doubling the volume year-over-year, contributing to security, usability, performance, and quality of the software delivery through the engineering team I led.
  • Saved over 1,000 person-hours and significantly increased the team's happiness by identifying the setbacks in the process, then automating them, together with enhancing the inter-team communication and understanding of each other.
  • Acquired more merchant customers by delivering the recurring payment API. As a developer, I proactively further enhanced the user experiences aside from design and development while facilitating the seamless product launch with the business team.
  • Solved more than five major payment system outages. I had a chance to be directly involved with the issues that needed urgent actions and communication within the company. I led the communication and troubleshooting of root causes.
Technologies: Ruby on Rails (RoR), Go, PostgreSQL, Communication, Amazon Web Services (AWS), React, Agile Project Management, Ruby, IT Project Management

Project Lead | Application Analyst

2013 - 2015
ExxonMobil
  • Successfully delivered the business process management projects to global customers. I led the effort to gather requirements and design and deploy the system. I facilitated a workshop to understand customers and transfer the knowledge in Texas, US.
  • Saved over 3,000 person-hours per year and improved the communication efficiency for the global team by building the platform to automate incident communication and the resolution process. I visualized statuses and KPIs to be accessible by the team.
  • Pioneered and increased the UX literacy of the regional team. Over 100 staff had joined sessions where the UX team and I spoke. I reinforced the good practices in understanding customers and delivering better software.

Bluesweep: NFT Marketplace Aggregator

https://www.bluesweep.xyz/
A real-time web application for bulk-purchasing NFTs from multiple marketplaces at the best price. The front end is built with React and Next.js, and the back end utilizes a combination of Node.js, Redis, and PostgreSQL, which is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The application aggregates data from blockchain with Optimism and various marketplaces to deliver a seamless user experience.

Telecom Information Crawler API

An API that allows developers to automatically retrieve phone calls and payment information, with user consent, for credit scoring and behavior analysis. The API was built with Go and Rod and utilizes Puppeteer to automate crawling and extracting data from HTML websites.

Music NFT Whitelist and Minting (ERC1155)

A Web3 platform to whitelist and mint the ERC1155 NFT. I developed several smart contracts using Solidity for serving purposes of whitelisting by locking the token and minting the ERC1155 music token with the metadata on IPFS, including the sale contract. I also conducted functional and security testing for the platform.

NFT Ownership Verification and Privileges

A Web3 React website for authenticating the user wallets to verify their NFT ownerships and bring them special privileges. I was the full-stack developer on the project, utilizing the new standard EIP-4361 login with Ethereum to let users sign the message with clarity.

Best Rate Cryptocurrency Trading Wallet

An Elixir and React Native-based mobile application that connects to the top exchanges around the world to enable people to buy and sell cryptocurrency at a better rate without the friction of payment and technical barriers.

I led the development of the mobile application, back end, and the team to develop the smart order routing algorithm to find the real-time best rate from cryptocurrency exchanges worldwide.

We launched the alpha version to the private group of testers; the application seamlessly processed the transactions over $1 million with stability and security. The application successfully traded and securely kept the customers' assets.

Our team believed the solution would solve the serious challenges in the cryptocurrency industry on user experiences and best price discovery.

SCB Open Banking Hackathon 2019 | Winner

The SCB Open Banking Hackathon is a competition organized by the Siam Commercial Bank that aims to offer innovative financial ideas with advice and guidance from the partnership.

Our team won the biggest prize in the competition with the crypto lending product that hybrid traditional finance. The idea is that people who have a lot of assets do not necessarily have good credits, especially investors and entrepreneurs. Thus, it is hard for them to access a good loan.

So we built the proof-of-concept platform that facilitates the new risk model where users can collateralize the crypto assets in any form and take the loan in the form of fiat currency instead.

I believe that the innovative approach to bridge the traditional and future of finance, slick user experience, and seamless integration with the banking application led us to impress the judges and win the competition.

Blockchain Webinar and Blog

https://medium.com/flipay/blockchain/home
As I believe in the future of blockchain, I don't want anyone to miss the opportunity to learn, build, and invest in such incredible technology. But the problem is that it is tough for people—even developers—to truly understand the technology. And most importantly, ensure enough understanding of the security and fundamentals to protect themselves from many threats that make them lost their assets.

So I spent some of my time sharing the knowledge in webinars or blogs to help people understand blockchain technology more, strengthening the community for a better future together.
