This application can record/create a macro and the macro can be played back as and when required by the user. This application was created by using Microsoft Active Accessibility and UI Automation APIs.
House of Fraser | A Multichannel Application Renovation
On this project, while working closely with the UK onsite team, I collected incidents from the support team and analyzed the clear trend of the area where we received the maximum logs. I also analyzed the current workaround and provided a permanent fix for the incident. I also worked on the failure mode and effect analysis of incidents in the multichannel area enabling it to handle the peak periods of the business.

A calculation of the transition index is helpful in getting a snapshot of the degree of difficulty/simplicity (in man hours) while transitioning a project and is used to group similar transition units into a single wave (the term "wave" can be different depending on project requirements).
