  • Customer 360 Degree View App and DX Implementation

    Built a Customer 360 Degree View, which integrates and displays customer information from various systems through an API. Delivered a Lightning out implementation to display the Salesforce Aura component live (third-party chatbot APP and call TP message application). Designed and developed a robotic flight disruption system in Salesforce using Platform Event and Apex. Implemented the first Salesforce DX to ensure delta deployments and created a solution repo conversion to Salesforce DX format and converted the repository into Salesforce DX to ensure smoother deployment.

  • Service and Community Cloud Project

    Designed a complex Service Cloud implementation for the manufacturing sector using Service Cloud capabilities and Community Cloud.

    The design gives customers the flexibility to check their service contracts and any warranties available for the respective assets from the community. The Service Cloud application routes cases via an omni-channel to the individual teams and links milestones based on the service contracts related to the product. The logistics API is then invoked and the shipping status reflected back to Salesforce.

    This project was completed with a quick turnaround of five weeks.

  • Chat-bot Application + IBM Bluemix Watson + Lightning Out

    I integrated a chat bot with the Bluemix Watson application to enhance the bot's intelligence and hosted it on an external site. Created a Lightning Out application that displays customer information and creates cases along with the chat history from an external site.
