Einstein Bots for Support

Built a chatbot based on the Salesforce platform to automate service and support.

PROBLEM
Heavy workload caused agent productivity to be average at best, and customers with chat requests ended up waiting for a long time.

REQUIREMENTS
We needed to implement solutions to decrease the workload and wait time using features within Salesforce and without hiring more agents.

SOLUTION
I developed Einstein chatbots that served as a middleman between customers and agents. The bot answered the most common questions and directed requests to the agent only when the bot was unable to handle them.

OUTCOME
We achieved reduced wait times, reasonable agent workloads, and, above all, customer satisfaction. We observed around 40% of case deflection monthly, which was a huge win for both the client and its customers.

Salesforce Communities Implementation

Implemented Salesforce Communities for Commvault, an information management company, to help partners register deals, access marketing material, and request funds, among others.

The portal was built on a 3rd-party platform, and I was part of the team that built the portal on the Salesforce Communities and Digital Experiences platform.
