Global Client Solutions Integration

A complex SOAP-based integration between Salesforce and the Global Client Solutions system to fetch the financial transactions, payments, drafts, and fees into Salesforce and perform calculations, automatic task generation, and reporting in Salesforce. The project involves parsing the WSDL file with the help of the WSDL-to-Apex feature and manual alteration of the WSDL file to generate web service classes, SOAP UI, batches to sync data periodically, and custom buttons to fetch the data on runtime.

Dynamic Pricing Module

Built a structured dynamic pricing model to calculate the prices of the products depending upon the customer community user and a partner user login into the system. The model supported adding different levels of commission for the different tiers of users generating the quote. The model is completely configurable to adjust the pricing based on different scenarios.

Mailchimp Integration

Implemented integration between Salesforce and Mailchimp to subscribe and unsubscribe leads' emails dynamically to Mailchimp along with other custom fields with the help of Apex callouts, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and JavaScript.

Simple Texting Integration

Integration between Salesforce and the SMS platform (Simple Texting) to send SMSs from Salesforce's lead and account details pages and receive notification of the incoming SMSs within Salesforce as tasks. The project involves a REST-based integration done with the help Apex callouts, Apex web services to listen to webhooks, and Apex triggers for automatic subscription to the Simple Texting SMS campaigns list.

Implemented a data deletion service written in Python which was hosted on Jenkins which runs periodically to fetch the customer data from the deletion service and deletes the data from Salesforce.

Custom Chatbot Implementation

Implemented a chatbot to fetch vital details from multiple systems on runtime based on the chat details, helping the customer service team increase efficiency and improve their response time and customer satisfaction.

Custom Batch Implementation to Increase TAT

Worked on a custom batch solutions with the help of streaming API and Visualforce pages to increase the turnaround time of loan application processing to increase the customer satisfaction and growth of the business.

Attachment Migration Utility

A Java-based tool to migrate attachments between multiple Salesforce organizations. Later, I migrated the code into an ETL tool to increase the flexibility of the tool.

Logging Utility

Developed a logging utility to log Integration and system details within Salesforce for thorough debugging of issues and analysis of system performance. Very helpful in debugging failures in integrations and also calculating callout time.
