Individual Insurance Application Portal

A global insurance provider was looking to modernize their insurance purchasing process for individuals seeking healthcare independently or for those who did not have insurance through their employer.

This multicloud implementation included Salesforce solutions such as Service Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The project involved over 30 stakeholders and took approximately nine months to complete, which is significantly shorter than the initial 11-month assessment and estimation.

I led the architecture efforts to creatively leverage the functionality of the Salesforce B2B Commerce application in this custom implementation. The storefront and overall implementation have been a resounding success for the client and are still in use today.
