- Made Genesis Energy's website responsive for mobile. In 2015, GE's development team delivered a brand new website with a tiny detail missing: the website wasn't responsive. We made it responsive using Optimizely, our A/B testing solution.
- Founded and managed the CRO Business Department in Dentsu Aegis Media and all the Dentsu Aegis Network group companies, such as Iprospect, Isobar, Carat, and Vizeum. Led CRO pitches, product creation, and documentation.
- Created the Dentsu Aegis Lab in our Paris office, where we implemented immersive workshop labs to gather qualitative research data from client volunteers that assist in interactive user-testing and eye-tracking sessions.
- Tutored and introduced CRO products, processes, contractors, costs, and profitability. Traveled worldwide to the rest of the Group companies in various countries to expand company capabilities and performance to advance the global service scale.
