- Designed tools for the data design and business intelligence teams to enable actionable insights around Uber's data, including Uber's company-wide financial planning tool, machine learning platform, and an internal data visualization tool.
- Led the design and implementation of the Driver Earnings experience during the complete redesign of the Uber Driver app.
- Designed a low-tech literacy, low-device-language literacy onboarding experience for drivers in developing countries, significantly increasing the number of driver sign-ups in the fastest-growing markets.
- Led the design of the driver experience team's efforts to create a better onboarding experience for new drivers. This included designing a "test drive" feature that allows drivers to experience the app before picking up passengers for the first time.

VMware
- Designed and built web apps, logos, and concepts for the office of the CTO, including VMware Labs, VMworld, Radio (internal engineering conference), VMware technical journal, and innovation meetups.
- Worked as a UX prototyper on the core user experience team. My goal was to tell stories about the future of the company through sketches, mockups, and prototypes that inspire innovative new directions for VMware’s products.
- Designed concepts and prototypes from whiteboard to pixels to code, for an upcoming product that radically simplifies virtual infrastructure management for SMB users.
- Conducted user research onsite at companies like Best Buy, 3M, and Medtronic, and used the findings to push major navigation changes into our core product as well as guide our forward-looking prototyping efforts.
- Designed and built a working prototype, along with three engineers and one other designer, to monitor individual processes on virtual machines, and placed as finalists at VMware’s largest hackathon.
- Wrote production front-end code with the core UI team for a company-wide component library.
