- Co-defined the product vision, led user validation, formulated UX strategy, designed site structure and prototypes, and supervised the development implementation for a new car subscription service pilot launched in Munich and Hamburg, Germany (Client: MINI).
- Defined the site structure, established key user flows, and created prototypes to validate business requirements with clients during the .com experience redesign of Swatch (Client: Swatch).
- Served as the lead UX designer in the redesign and launch of the global GORE-TEX.com website. Collaborated with visual designers, strategists, data analysts, and project managers to successfully launch the site across 11 countries (Client: GORE-TEX).
- Defined the UX strategy, conducted user validation, crafted the site structure and prototypes, and collaborated closely with an in-house tech team to successfully launch the responsive web app for the new beauty booking platform, Douglas Beauty Booking (Client: Douglas).
- Acted as the lead UX designer during the discovery phase of an innovative design project with Bosch. Led design sprints to uncover market opportunities for the DIY division and subsequently defined and validated an MVP pilot in Berlin (Client: Bosch).
