Liene creates fantastic digital experiences and products. She's led teams at a creative design agency—designing UX, UI, and mobile apps and developing innovative concepts. A career highlight was when Liene worked as a lead designer on a project making government services more accessible. For her work on that project, she received a national design award and also facilitated a cultural change within the organization.
Digitized the largest plywood company in the Baltic area by improving the existing systems in place, identifying the focus groups, and conducting user interviews. Also redesigned their website and product ordering system.
Art-directed and designed a fun, interactive game to promote a band's upcoming concert tour. Created mood boards, visual elements, and UI/UX of the game.
Conducted visual exploration and designed a smart TV promotional website for the largest telecommunication service provider.
Worked on a governmental service platform and created a design system that addresses the needs of all the stakeholders. Whenever possible incorporated user research to inform decision-making to map out the process of how the government thinks and works. Designed the platform's UI and worked on accessibility guidelines.
