- Mapped out target journeys for Payment, and once launched, periodically (quarterly) monitored scoring metrics against them, such as SUS and time to completion.

- Designed over 10+ digital products—including the mobile, web, and admin parts and general dashboards—for an eCommerce website under the category click and play and an app called ‘ask a lawyer’, a Uber-like platform for lawyers.
- Designed the following apps: a travel app; a movie streaming mobile app and its web and desktop (TV) versions; a bill payment, onboarding process, and social media platform; a dispatch app (logistics); and a wobbling trending news app.
- Managed the team of designers and developers, ensuring timelines were met and designs were properly replicated. Handled third-party relations, wrote an advert script for a commercial about the apps created, and managed the art direction.
- Spearheaded the design team—both UI/UX—and the social media and marketing team by creating content for the social media calendar and graphics.
- Designed rollup banners, brochures, flyers, logos, event programs, signs, banners, shirts, posters, infographics, presentations, and illustrations.

- Conducted research, created and rebranded the B2B website, and designed the payment application. Managed and trained the UI design and marketing department.
