Led the product team and multiple vendors during the planning and delivery of a self-diagnosis and teleconsultation portal.

Lekar.sk is part of a multisided platform for patients and doctors. It aims to digitize their interactions to make them more productive, therefore save time that can be spent on actual healing.

I was a starting member of the team that outlined the vision and goals of the platform. I researched, analyzed, and prioritized the requirements of different stakeholders, conducted vendor research, and led the development work end-to-end. In parallel, I also set up my in-house team of developers and UX experts who took over the project before the release. I worked with SEO and analytics professionals to enhance the portal's performance.

In the first half-year, Lekar.sk grew from zero to 25,000 unique monthly visitors without any marketing spending. They did more than 2,000 self-diagnosis and 1,500 virtual consultations.

My team also built a custom internal dashboard to monitor both the operational and business metrics. The portal and the connected doctor practice management software are unique in the Slovak market and received extremely positive feedback from both the user groups and industry experts.

UBS | Personal Financial Management Product

Planned and developed with a team a set of features that a major European bank implemented.

UBS rolled out Misys FusionBanking Essence PFM product as part of its web and native banking channel. With the help of PFM, individuals can set up financial goals, budgets, and check out interesting visual analysis and categorization of their income and spending.

I created the concepts of the product functions, specified them, and led the demo development and UX testing. I also facilitated the handover to the platform product team and advised the implementation team on the project specifics.

Zozo the Personal Assistant

Zozo is a personal financial assistant that helps in managing finances better and easier. It is built into multiple products of the platform. Zozo is not just an on-demand helper; it also starts contextual chat and voice conversations proactively, based on the bank's preferences.

I led the product concept development, research and testing of the dozens of use cases for Zozo. I was also an advocate of the service, brought it on stage in several conferences and did multiple roadshows where I visited banking leaders to discuss how Zozo can help them.

Zozo drove different project opportunities for Finastra due to its novelty and business potential.

AdBank

Established my own fintech startup, the team, and the initial product that got angel funding and a partner bank.

We created AdBank to deliver personalized experience and rewards for credit card owners, a practical, measurable marketing channel for advertisers, and drive revenue for banks.

AdBank provides a white-labeled native application that listed and displayed personal rewards and discounts on a map. It also serves as a wallet for physical coupons.

For banks, AdBank implements an internal admin tool that runs and controls the data analyzation, which matches discount campaigns with eligible cardholders.

Advertisers can set up and manage their campaigns through an AdWords-like web editor. The team developed the MVP version of these platform services.

Our initial banking partner was engaged in the project for more than 1.5 years. During that time, the product was adjusted to accustom their needs, and a detailed business model was established.
