OpenTag | Crypto Product Lead
Joined the company as a crypto lead to prepare the creation of a brand new Web3 layer around the company's existing gaming ecosystem and launch the brand's first-ever crypto casino.
In addition, I collaborated closely with product owners from various verticals to integrate crypto components into their respective roadmaps.
Beyond the internal scope, I also served as a subject-matter expert and consultant for both the organization and clients.
Plum | Crypto Product Lead
Pitched a brand new crypto vertical to the company's CEO, built the team, the roadmap, and the vision, and launched the MVP, featuring innovative integrations, across multiple countries in Europe.
In my role as a product leader, I spearheaded the 0-1 launch of Plum's crypto initiative, taking it from concept to reality. This involved formulating and executing the roadmap for offering various crypto and DeFi services, including the development of a wallet, liquid staking capabilities, and integration with a decentralized exchange (DEX), among other features.
To ensure a successful launch, I coordinated the design and launch of the minimum viable product (MVP) and devised a comprehensive launch strategy while establishing a long-term vision and strategy.
Furthermore, I facilitated the integration process with third-party providers and handled the necessary regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring proper licensing and registration with financial regulators.
