Raremark

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lzucONa9RV34nEuCm4dExm-e-B2_ytLg/view

Launched a community and content product to help people with rare diseases that grew to $1.5 million in revenues.

Raremark was a community platform designed to help people affected by rare diseases by providing a community experience, access to quality information, and opportunities to join clinical studies.

Raremark was commercialized by running ethically approved clinical trial recruitment campaigns, tackling two related problems—the isolation felt by those affected by a rare disease and the delays in new treatment development.

I managed the product from scratch, raised capital, hired and grew a product team, increased revenues to $1.5 million, and got promoted from product manager to CPO and COO. The product was later sold to a competitor.

Seedrs Mobile App

https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/seedrs/id1592310232

Launched the company's first mobile app to App Store and Google Play store, accomplishing an average rating of 4.5.

Seedrs is a crowdfunding platform that has been operating for over ten years. To complement the investor experience, the company wanted to launch a mobile app. The first version focused on delivering a new investor portfolio targeted at the most active users.

As a product manager, I took ownership of the team and roadmap. I was expected to help validate the approach, deliver the first version, and set a roadmap that included items to find a party with the web experience and new features to support repeated investments from their users. I hired ten engineers and increased daily usage by 145%. I am still providing support to this project.

Clinical Trial Website for an Ultra-rare Disease

https://cahgenetherapy.com/

Developed and drove the digital strategy to launch and promote a clinical study in an ultra-rare condition that affects 1:15,000 people, resulting in over 15 referrals before handing over the program to the sponsors.

Cahgenetherapy is the only study that uses novel gene therapy to treat an ultra-rare condition. The treatment, if proven safe, will cure people with that condition.

The project required original branding, design, content strategy, development, and a digital marketing strategy.
