I spearheaded the Catawiki mobile app, generating 33% (€14+ million) of the company's yearly revenue and leading teams through scale-up pains.

B2B SaaS Social Ad Management Platform

Led the design and development teams distributed across Kyiv and London to design and build a new platform.

A social ad management platform that enables advertisers to build, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I facilitated the ideation and discovery workshops, designed sprints, refined the product vision and scope, planned and managed the development, led the product release, and provided product training for support teams.
