I identified a need, built a prototype, and pushed for internal funding for this product. It is still one of the most highly used products internally within Facebook. Before being launched, this product had to go through high levels of approval from legal and business stakeholders due to its sensitive nature.

Facebook was getting negative press because of its inability to count consistently and confusion around its metrics. I led a rollout of multiple features to reduce confusion and introduce consistency. This involved implementing new processes at Facebook and defining new guidelines for rolling out metrics. One of the biggest impact items was standardizing how Facebook did attribution that reduced advertiser confusion and showed the platform's true value to advertisers.
