The intranet featured strategic sales planning, project management, workflows, processes, procedures, sales material, and KPIs.

Led the research, requirements, design, and implementation. The results were the following:
• Content audit eliminated duplication of documents and pages.
• Documents were reduced by around 55% and pages by around 25%, which decreased costs by approximately $875,000 year-over-year.
• Multiple platforms consolidated into one, reducing technology operations and content curation costs.
• Productivity was increased due to the one integrated search that enabled users to search across products and services.
• Risk of having out-of-date information saved on the desktop was eliminated by a feature that allowed users to save the documents and pages in their virtual collection.

The project (via Toptal) involved analyzing product features and recommending customer personas and B2B pricing models. Diligently researched market trends and consumer behaviors to identify the target audience for the product. By creating detailed customer personas, I understood the needs and preferences of potential users. After compiling data and conducting a thorough analysis, I proposed a pricing model that aligned with the product's value proposition. Factors such as competition, production costs, and customer perceived value were considered when developing the pricing strategy.

CRM System Design (FS Client)

Worked as a project manager for a top FS US client's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Led the successful implementation and utilization of the system.

With a keen understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles, I ensured that the CRM system was designed and developed with a user-centric approach. By collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments within the organization, I identified their requirements and aligned them with the UI/UX design.

In addition, I gathered requirements for the intricate data architecture of the CRM system. This involves working closely with the IT team to ensure the system is capable of storing, organizing, and retrieving data effectively to meet the organization's needs.

Data Privacy Analysis and Implementation

Led data privacy implementation in APAC, coordinating across different regions and the US HQ.

I had the opportunity to coordinate and analyze the implementation of data privacy measures for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, specifically focusing on China, South Korea, Japan, and Australia, for a leading re-insurance company. I led a team of five dedicated business analysts, working together to ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gaps against the local regulations. Throughout this process, I diligently examined each country's specific data privacy requirements and regulations within the APAC region, aligning them with the company's global data privacy policies. By conducting thorough research and engaging in open dialogue with local authorities, we identified and addressed potential gaps in the data privacy process.

Product Strategy & Package Design for FMCG

Developed a new packaged themed and corresponding product strategy for a European FMCG.

The project involved working from research to the prototype, encompassing several activities such as conducting market and consumer research, co-creation workshops with consumers and experts, leading internal ideation sessions, collaborating with design teams, working with eCommerce client teams, and visiting manufacturers to produce the prototype. The final prototype was delivered to the client upon completion of the project.

Social Media Strategy and Execution for the Top US Bank

Launched new social media channels and improved the existing ones.

Managed a dedicated design and social media team to enable the development of a web and social media strategy, activate new social media channels, and design the compliance procedures manual. The results were the following:
• Launched the Twitter influencer programs and increased the followers by 300%.
• Created the LinkedIn platform strategy and increased the number of followers by 50%.
• Revamped metadata and optimized the media using a method that increased views by 300%.
• Established and launched the Flipboard magazine with around 20,000 monthly readers.

EV Charger Design

Delivered a new EV charger launched in the China market.

Combined industrial design and tech capabilities to develop a new charging station. Started with research and then moved into different design concepts. Conducted a series of calculations and modeling tests to design a pan-Asian charging station with extremely aesthetic lines and arc design to correspond to the three different Asian markets that the vehicle covered. In addition, we provided different concepts and case studies for EV vehicles in the Chinese market.

UI/UX of Electric Vehicle for the Chinese OEM

Led the research, workshop, and design to provide an ideation booklet when the client was behind schedule.

A Chinese OEM was behind schedule with UI/UX design for their new electric vehicle. They wanted to design a new experience both for the driver and the passengers.

The main focus of the project was the dashboard and entertainment for passengers. I led the user research, workshops, and design to develop two personas—driver and passenger—and 30 user stories accompanied by 30 designs.

Customer Center & CX

Worked in a variety of contact centers and customer experience projects. Set up a new Customer Service Center in Bangalore. Trained and implemented the new processes.

Most notably worked closely with India Delivery and customer service team for a new Customer Service Center. Interviewed stakeholders to understand the requirements and designed the new process for the customer and sales center. He traveled several times to Bangalore, India, to train the team on the new processes and managed the team for around three months before transitioning to the client.

Health Assistant for a Home Aid Startup

Grandmama is an online platform that connects the elderly with home care providers, nurses, and physical therapists. The platform wanted to develop a smart home device to enhance its service.

Led all the research, design, requirements, and vendor sourcing for Gaima, a home aid device equipped with a camera, speaker, and microphone for complete user interaction. The device cares helps to prevent unfortunate situations and connects with other users to chat.

eCommerce/Marketplace Strategy

Provided an eCommerce strategy for the Shopify marketplace, created the website and social media strategy, and developed product descriptions and recommendations.

The client runs its own Shopify eCommerce website and is preparing to start selling through Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. The aim was to develop a strategy for growth and success, developing their current capabilities for product sourcing, cataloging, drop shipping, and other eCommerce processes, identifying issues with the website development, and providing recommendations for improvement.

AI, AR, VR for Truck Dealership

Developed technology ideas for the dealership and collaborated with the leadership team to explore and create new web and application ideas.

I worked with the leadership team to explore and develop new web and application ideas, as well as explored tech solutions inventory and tracking systems for trucks and parts. My work also included developing six technology ideas for the dealership to implement in the future, including a chatbot, an app, customer services, and sales solutions.
