Bank Subscription Model

Headed a team of engineers and business stakeholders to address customer pain points and create a new product, which greatly affected customer NPS and lifetime value.

The hidden fees and complex agreements led to customers feeling lied to and dissatisfied with banks. To address this issue, the team developed a new add-on card subscription plan. We used machine learning algorithms to identify which products to utilize in those plans and an estimated number of potential customers we could reach. The team also handled the project's IT side, ensuring that all bank systems could support the change. The final product had three tiers and could be personalized with many add-ons, including insurance and promotions. This increased customer satisfaction and lifetime value and became a good platform for launching future products.

CRM and ERP Platform for an Outdoor Advertising Company

Led development teams and business stakeholders in creating an end-to-end CRM and ERP platform for 100 users and 15 user types.

Georgia's largest outdoor advertising company wanted to create a web platform to manage their sales, warehouse, legal documentation, and all major business processes. My role was to create a product vision and handle the product backlog. I also managed communication between the development team, senior stakeholders, and end users. The final product supported the sales process, helped the legal team with documentation management, connected sales processes with warehouse and printing processes, and enabled management to oversee all operations. This significantly improved employee utilization and enhanced efficiency, increasing the company's revenue.

Data Migration and Management for a Transportation Company

Migrated Fortune 500 customer data to Google Cloud and created new dataflows to support business processes, significantly decreasing customer costs.

The customer was using multiple legacy products and needed to improve data quality and management processes. My team's task was to handle the data migration to Google Cloud and Azure environments while creating new data flows to support changes made by business stakeholders. Both parties identified improvement opportunities involving runtime perspectives that could affect the cost-effectiveness of business processes. I worked on finding new opportunities, prioritizing the development team's backlog, creating roadmaps, and discussing technical topics with senior business stakeholders.

Collaboration Product Between a Bank and Its eCommerce Subsidiary Company

Developed a product that connects the biggest Georgian bank and its subsidiary eCommerce company. The product became a new source of bank loans and increased eCommerce sales by 300%.

A subsidiary eCommerce company of one of the biggest Georgian banks was struggling with traffic. Our team was hired to conduct customer research and identify the reason behind customer reluctance to get loans, given the positive feedback on paid products from eCommerce platforms.

Since bank applications already had the desired traffic, they could redirect some of it to the eCommerce platform. Data engineers and scientists developed a recommendation system to predict customer eCommerce product preferences. We combined these results with internal IT changes designed to minimize scrutiny while taking out installment loans. The implementation of both changes reflected the customer attitude, resulting in the bank selling loans and helping customers buy desired products from the eCommerce platform. This increased the bank's installment loan portfolio, and as one of the loans got redirected to the subsidiary company, it boosted its sales by 300%.
