Spearheaded the design and launch of the go-to-market platform.

Following three previous beta versions, I joined the team at the start of this project to specify and deliver the company's go-to-market product. This was a full rebuild with all of the previous code soon to be redundant. Working in tandem with the CEO, I created all of the product specifications, prepared the budget, and selected the contracted development team. Once the project commenced, I managed that team throughout the course of the 10-month build. The product comprised of a React web application, React Native mobile apps, Laravel API, and MySQL database all hosted on AWS. I led the development team to a successful launch on time and on budget, and one year on, the platform has seen rapid growth across the healthcare sector in the UK, US, and New Zealand.
