• Developed a detailed product portfolio map of all 140 products across BT Group for the CFO.
• Built a "fully loaded" shadow product profitability model for all products.
• Provided recommendations on product closures, investments, and continuation strategy across BT portfolio using a product lifecycle framework and profitability.
• Coordinated technology release schedules to determine optimal customer migrations and define product closure targets to bank savings.

Operation Design of a Digital Health Solution

Steered the design and development of a health product to deliver 100% digital customer journeys. Gained external certifications for customer service and established a just-in-time production and delivery process.

My task was to create the launch operations with a view on scaling to one million subscribers by year two.

• Led workshops with the product design teams to understand requirements from the customer journey point of view and critical notification points.
• Detailed a process design with the logistics and supply chain teams to understand current constraints and developed solutions that meet requirements.
• Agreed on SLAs from suppliers with our prepackaging requirements.
• Developed three tiers of customer support requirements to meet an external accreditation.
• Conducted the test runs with a new process and iterated as required. This process, used during the trial, was successful and was handed over to the operations manager ahead of launch.
