Cervest is a climate intelligence company that provides analytics for companies that want to understand and mitigate their risk exposure to climate change, mainly focusing on their properties.
As a product manager, I built and managed the initial teams that created the first version of the web application. I divided the teams into relevant squads, and together with the engineering, UX, and data science teams, we delivered the first MVP to the market, which helped to capture the first customers.
