Spearheaded the delivery of multiple product features for multi-system analytics service. Led and motivated five multidisciplinary teams of contractors, consultants, and civil servants. Maintained a product plan that integrated more detailed plans from each delivery team. Guided teams to organize and plan their work, ensuring they delivered features to multiple products in an integrated fashion. Significantly improved the way of working to put users at the center of decision-making by embedding user researchers, service designers, and agile practices into technical teams. Identified and communicated risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers internally within teams and externally and upward to senior management.

Collaborated with the data governance squad to implement data stewardship and custodian roles. Careful management of stakeholders was required in designing new processes for dependency mapping, data management, and sales force service desk and positioning this squad between the marketing, products, and sales teams at this major telecommunications provider.

Oversaw and supported the development team in the rapid, agile delivery of applications from opportunity through refinement phases, prioritization, release, and roll out. Management of multiple stakeholder groups to aid the prioritization of cross-department requirements. As a scrum master, I worked within the Scrum framework to facilitate agile ceremonies (often with remote teams), tackle impediments, and coach the team in the positive principles of Agile. Designed and delivered training sessions to in-house developers, scrum masters, and product owners to ensure the sustainability of the agile capability.

Carried out several knowledge transfer sessions to map the key booking processes as part of the new booking system. Created clear, end-user-friendly reference guides, quick cards, and e-learning. Trained five IT training consultants to deliver lesson plans across the UK to coach teams using the new booking system.

Guided the design and delivery of an asset management application for use in four workstreams. Redesigning and optimizing technical processes were crucial to delivering a complex application with multiple external integrations. As a developer and then scrum master, I led demonstrations, facilitated process redesign workshops, led requirements gathering workshops, and coached the newly agile team in the framework's principles. I communicated issues and risks in regular reports to multiple stakeholder groups. I used Jira to manage sprint capacity and allocate development tasks throughout the team.
