Guided the design and delivery of an asset management application for use in four workstreams. Redesigning and optimizing technical processes were crucial to delivering a complex application with multiple external integrations. As a developer and then scrum master, I led demonstrations, facilitated process redesign workshops, led requirements gathering workshops, and coached the newly agile team in the framework's principles.
