My contributions to this project involved leading and managing a team of 15+ developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to build the platform. It was a greenfield project in which I also identified all the features, modules, and services to be created and led their delivery by implementing the Scrum methodology. I also managed an off-shore team of developers within this process.

Led the end-to-end development and global deployment of a knowledge collaboration platform used by 100,000 users globally.

In this project, I worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expert for corporate Lean digital transformation. My contributions included:
• Deploying a SharePoint-based knowledge platform
• Designing the creation-to-curation knowledge base, Search to Insight framework, and role-based access management architecture for subsites across the Americas, EU, MENA, and Asia
• Preparing requests for information and requests for proposals, proposals, and dashboards to garner leadership sign-offs
• Working with users across geographies to create the custom front end for diverse team needs
• Engaging with users across geographies and business verticals to gather inputs and test UI/UX changes
• Working with Microsoft for the platform deployment, including use cases, beta site launch, user acceptance testing, and feedback

MVP for Medical App

Led the MVP development of a medical app from feature identification to its launch within seven weeks.

Led a team of 10 developers, designers, and client stakeholders to build a healthcare app. It enables patients diagnosed with terminal illnesses in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh to seek a second opinion from specialized doctors in the US instantly and at a fraction of the cost.
