Managed about three scrum teams for the maintenance and enhancements for all these websites. This included managing and maintaining the applications, especially during Christmas, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, which was an achievement by itself.

With three developers and me as a project manager, this project managed their entire development from offshore. The intranet sites were used by different departments of Kohler company which included logistics teams and maintenance of their in-house build ERP systems. This project lasted for four years and also covered maintenance and enhancements.

Migrated their 14+ servers to Dubai, upgraded their client-facing website and intranet sites (36 sites) to a higher version of Mura CMS. Managed teams in a hybrid model with six onsite team members and five offshore developers and managed their entire services as a project coordinator and project manager.

Managed about four scrum teams with 42+ developers, designers, testers, and network teams. The project included a migration from a legacy application to a Java-based eCommerce application. This entire development and migration happened during the first COVID-19 time, at which point the sales were very high, so managing the migration with no downtime was an achievement.

Managed 20+ developers with a combination of onshore and offshore teams. I implemented Agile, coached stakeholders and development teams, and maintained its intranet sites, including enhancements and BAU tasks.

I gained experience as a senior Agile project manager, delivery manager, scrum master, and product owner for different projects during my 22 years of IT experience. Handled team sizes ranging from five engineering teams to 70 on the Emirates NBD project, where migration of their infrastructure and upgrade of their 34+ intranet and internet sites were all single-handedly managed by me as a project manager.

This project involved redesigning the existing INSEAD web application and knowledge center portals with a scrum team of 12 developers.

We organized a three-week discovery phase that helped us come up with requirements and user stories developed on Drupal 9 and PHP tech stack.

This is an eCommerce application that deals with freshwater supply to individuals and corporates.

Managed the entire application development as an Agile project manager, assuring that sprint planning, sprint retro, sprint review, backlog grooming were judiciously facilitated.

Led a discovery phase to nail down the requirements and build user stories with a large team of five different dev teams.

As a senior Agile project manager, my role included but was not limited to managing the project in Agile (Scrum), facilitating scrum ceremonies, timely reporting to the stakeholders on the sprint and velocity, as we all quality reports such as defect escape ratio.

I contributed to the discovery phase, planning phase (sprint planning), sprint execution, stakeholder management, and team management.

This application, a B2B and B2C platform, enables the vendors to purchase car spares in bulk and sell the items to their retail customers. Similarly, a customer can buy directly from the portal, and the items are delivered to the customer’s doorstep. This application is a marketplace for car spare parts. Managed the entire project from start to finish using Kanban and Scrum frameworks.

Managed 18 scrum dev teams in delivering the project and implemented Scrum, which included training, mentoring, teaching, and guiding the teams and helped them be self-organized. As such, the teams’ velocity was sustained at a constant pace.

Managed the entire project from ideation, discovery, design, development, and delivery of the booking engine for EventsNow. Managed a scrum team of 12 developers, facilitating scrum events, sharing the project metrics to all the stakeholders on time, and looking for ways to improve the team’s performance to make them self-organized.
