I have successfully led 3 agile development teams as lead product owner and managed two of the company's largest software projects as project manager.

I was responsible for the operation of the legacy platform and relaunch the frontend and Shopify shop setup of esn.com. Incl. requirements engineering, management of the product development of the frontend transformation project (to headless single page application) as well as change management for the stakeholders.
With one of my teams, we have integrated OpenAI ChatGPT API for customer support chat.
For all teams and projects, I was the direct liason for weekly C-level reporting and cross-departmental requirements management.

We integrated Google Analytics 4, after aligning on an implementation guide with the analytics department.

We transitioned to Shopify Checkout Extensibility with integration of all native and 3rd-party payment services.

Engaged as an Agile coach and leader for the internal development team and project lead for migrating customer and order data. I also managed group companies' C-level stakeholders, aligning and coordinating with other service providers.

The customer company wanted to implement and normalize the eCommerce landscape for five large companies throughout Europe with the About You SCAYLE platform. I was the project manager and business analyst for this multimillion eCommerce platform transformation project. I handled fulfillment systems and processes, including API-centric product development within the topic stream.

I conceptualized and implemented the API-first mindset for Otto eCommerce and managed stakeholders across all hierarchies and for over 15 teams. I performed change management for functional and operational development teams throughout the Otto organization. I also led knowledge management initiatives covering all existing processes, tech stack, and API core concepts.

Set up the entire project structure, coached the internal lead—now director of project management—and accompanied the first phases as the management consultant and project manager for the green-field B2C eCommerce platform project at Beurer.

Besides setting up the project's structure, I was in charge of the entire requirement engineering process throughout the old company. I conceptualized the product development scope, set up the Agile operations, advised on the team setup and hiring process, and constructed basic cost and risk planning documents. I still presently support the project leader in stakeholder communication and monthly coaching sessions.

I was the product lead for the platform transformation at Douglas. This required large-scale project management for the operational implementation of the SAP Commerce Cloud solution for all Douglas stores in various countries. I was also the key person managing requirements and product development.

Two Major Departments' Transformation

Handled mediation, communication processes, and change management to transform Douglas's two major departments: digital analytics and product development. I structured, implemented, and supported the collaboration processes.

I worked on process analysis, visualization, and optimization between the product management and digital analytics departments at Douglas in Dusseldorf, Germany—which had over 100 and over 20 people, respectively. I mediated workshops and critical meetings and personally coached both departments' team leads.

Report and Receive Domain

Redesigned and developed the order management system for the DACH region as the product owner. Refactored and documented the old product information system and all its interfaces within the company.

I was the back-end development team's scrum product owner. I managed all international stakeholders, focused on order management, payment processes, reporting, and BI data at Douglas, one of Europe's biggest cosmetics and beauty product retailers.

Hired by BNP as a coach and juror on the hackathon, coaching an international hackathon team, strongly focusing on product development and a lean startup approach. I was on the jury for the quarterfinals.

BNP Paribas hosted its first international hackathon in June 2015—a global event simultaneously held in eight countries—San Francisco, London, Paris, Brussels, Rome, Berlin, Warsaw, and Istanbul. Fintech firms competed to create solutions around the theme, "Streamlining the customer journey through co-creation with startups." The hackathon comprised 96 startups and businesses across the BNP Paribas Group, from retail to corporate and institutional banking, combining tech startups agility with the insights and resources of an established and progressive banking group.

Startup Weekend Women

Supported and challenged young entrepreneurs and focused on product and customer development. I was part of a four-person jury for the pitch competition and a PIRATE Summit ambassador.

Startup Weekend Women connects designers, developers, entrepreneurs, and experts of all industries and services.
