Masters of the Sun | Augmented Reality Companion

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masters_of_the_Sun_(comic)

Created one of the most full-form augmented reality entertainment experiences ever with over 1.5 hours of AR content.

The game, Masters of the Sun, mixes LA gang culture, b-boy-ism, and Egyptology to tell the tale of a hip-hop group from the Bronx who must battle an ancient, alien god set on controlling the Earth. While on tour in LA, a zombie outbreak breaks loose when a drug manufactured by the aliens starts turning its users into zombies. The group narrowly escapes the initial outbreak and starts investigating what caused it. While initially hesitant, Lady Nix convinces them that unless they do something, the whole world is doomed.

As a companion to the graphic novel, the AR app adds augmentations to all 117 pages including full voice cast, special 3D effects, hidden Easter eggs, and a custom score developed by Will.I.Am and Hans Zimmer

LEGO Fish Designer

Led the development of the top-rated experience for LEGO's new LEGO House family experience center.

In the award-winning experience, Fish Designer, you can build your very own LEGO® fish, scan it, and release it into the huge aquarium. Think you can create a sea creature prettier than a rainbow parrotfish or more dangerous than the legendary Kraken? And how will it get along with the other creatures in the tank?

https://www.seriousgamemarket.com/2011/08/practice-marketing-serious-game-silver.html

Designed and developed an award-winning educational multiplayer marketing simulation for higher education.

Practice Marketing was the first in a series of 3D, multiplayer business strategy games designed for McGraw-Hill Education's line of digital learning products. A multiplayer simulation of the backpack industry, Practice Marketing, enabled students to test their marketing skills in a fun, competitive, real-world environment.

Product/Project Owner

Designed and implemented a product delivery framework that would enable rapid development iteration, transparent reporting, and positive employee sentiment while meeting business goals.

Working with senior leadership, I developed the organization's working methods and a project delivery framework from the ground up. I guided the development of a consumer-focused wearable medical product from the initial design through release to clinical trial. I grew the organization from 25 to 150+ employees and managed the transition from a traditional workflow organization to the Agile methodology. To improve productivity, I hosted training seminars and trained product owners in effective communication techniques, including user story writing, effective acceptance criteria, Agile ceremony leadership, and soft skills. I served as a scrum master for three development squads of 20+ engineers and trained newly hired scrum masters and a release train engineer to establish a product delivery department.
