I led this project as a team lead, managing three developers working on a wireframe for it. Also, I oversaw maintaining a service level agreement (SLA) and providing an efficient Salesforce solution. 

More than 200 developers worked on this project for one of the largest clients of Salesforce-based banking. I worked as a senior developer in a sub-team of eight people. I kept production bug free and maintained the bank's APIs.

Custom software development and coding to add robust features to a CRM platform. Five developers participated in this project. I was the project's owner, and I developed Lightning Web Components (LWC), reports, and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau CRM.

Using DocuSign services with Conga CPQ as a fast and reliable way to electronically sign documents and agreements on practically any device from anywhere in the world. I developed CPQ-Conga-DocuSign from scratch as a sole developer. As an owner of the project, I created a unified and efficient solution.

I am the owner of this project and developed REST API integration between Salesforce and Zendesk. In this project, all Zendesk tickets are synced with Salesforce cases, and all clients are synced with Salesforce contacts. This integration is bilateral.

At New Enterprise, I led the development of three high-traffic productions that offer 12 million monthly users customizable documents. I oversaw building innovative systems architecture via Lightning and Apex, Visualforce, marketing email templates, report dashboard, etc. I was instrumental in structuring several internal systems comprising order entry/management tools, conversion/revenue reporting, and production workflow tracking. I designed custom REST APIs with built-in triggers and batches. Also, I successfully collaborated on solutions with our product, QA, and marketing teams to offer the best user experience to build higher customer lifetime value.

Assisted International Staging in transitioning their entire process from Salesforce to Zoho, ensuring a seamless transfer. Additionally, I configured Zoho emails and set up their marketing system to effectively reach all customers. Furthermore, I aided the company in establishing its call center by utilizing AWS Voice Connect.
