The vehicle shop buy team needs an integrated view of critical analytics from multiple sources. At present, analytics focus principally on lead generation via the shop click drive and are segmented into multiple dashboards. The user experience metrics are available only via different reports. To accelerate the pace of feature development and deployment, rapid and intelligent access to integrated analytics is required. Therefore, the vehicle shop buy team requests three linked dashboards as our primary metrics and analytics hub.
USAGE
The director of the vehicle shop/buy LOB (line of business) initiated this usage request. More than 18,000 dealers use this report daily.
SUCCESS AND TARGET AUDIENCE
The shop click drive team dealers and users use this dashboard for their day-to-day activities as it gives detailed information about each brand.
CREATION
I developed the report from scratch, including the gains and wins. I significantly improved my reporting cadence, particularly in sales, and the ability to act on data fluctuations at a much more agile pace.
