Axonius
  • Designed and built all custom Apex automation and various API integrations with external applications, including Snowflake, HubSpot, Zendesk, GitHub, Salesloft, Scalyr, and Outreach.
  • Developed an app for customers to request trial versions of SaaS products through the company website, routing the request approvals through Salesforce and tracking the lifecycle of trial environments and their conversion into paying customers.
  • Delivered the code to extend the functionality of Enterprise Territory Management, then replaced it entirely with a custom app to automate the assignment of accounts with any desired data via a custom rules engine accessible by all sales managers.
  • Built a custom integration and application to track all instances of customer SaaS environments, leveraging data from multiple external databases to monitor customer usage metrics and allowing sales teams to respond proactively to leads and renewals.

  • Created metrics and reporting tools for Consolidated Edison to track the performance of New York state-mandated energy efficiency programs, both small business and commercial/industrial.
  • Oversaw the launch of new rebate programs in the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) region of upstate New York. Built custom Salesforce CRM and reporting solutions for the area and trained the local operations team.

ParkPal

A cross-platform integration enabling the automated and rapid deployment of new Salesforce organizations, all controlled from a central program tracking system, allowing managers to customize features, including enrollment deposit payments and fee waivers, with no configuration or development required.

I conceived, designed, and built the application, utilizing the custom metadata API and Apex REST services to bridge the gap between program managers and developers. Managers previously submitted requirements to development teams and waited weeks for code changes. Managers could now enter those requirements into a centralized system where the integration would handle the instant deployment of required changes to over 100-degree programs around the globe.

Account Rules Engine

An improved successor to Enterprise Territory Management, the application automated the assignment of any desired data to all relevant account records in real-time using a custom rules engine accessible by all sales managers.

The application was not only assigned territory regions but also account ownership, support queues, and scheduling systems. Rules could be territory-dependent or operate on completely different criteria. The underlying code was dynamic and could handle the addition of new criteria or assignment fields on the fly.

This design permitted managers of various regions to control their account assignments through a customized user experience without the need for administrator privileges, reducing large amounts of tech debt.

Snowflake and Salesforce Integrations

Custom-designed integrations leveraging the APIs of both platforms to create robust and reliable data exchange between the two systems. I utilized scheduled and batch interfaces as well as on-demand and trigger-based contexts.
