Integrated Salesforce Commerce Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the help of Salesforce Einstein. The catalog file of the entire product was imported in combination with monitoring customer engagement. I enabled the behavior triggers and decrypted the encrypted data. I also displayed products in a custom template. Implementation was completed from scratch. Other processes included setting up the domain, IP warmup, SSL certificate for cloud pages, and email content. I included a custom preference center set up by using server-side JavaScript and amp-script.

Nestle Dynamic Preference Center

Retrieved content areas based on MID dynamically using AMPscript. With the help of SSJS, subscribers can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link, and their subscriptions can be reactivated by clicking on the resubscribe link.

We have also implemented a JavaScript functionality for validation purposes and a radio button functionality using AMPscript.

KFC Dynamic Shorten URL

Compares a city in two data extensions using AMPscript. If it matches, it pulls the KFC area code based on the city.

Before triggering the Google shorten URL using Mobile Connect, we had to create the dynamic URL based on the Google API key and access token, then append it to the landing page (cloud page) URL. For security reasons, we have used the decrypt and encrypt AMPscript functions.

Sealand Maersk

Integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Sales and Service Cloud to sync data. I synchronized data extensions and implemented SQL, using the sync data in the Journey Builder to run the campaign, track user behavior, pull reports using data views, and drop the file into FTP. I automated the daily process using Automation Studio.

Impact Partner

Whenever a Salesforce object is updated with a field value, the record will be updated in the data extension. This then triggers an email using Journey Builder based on the record value present in the data extension and generates reports for campaigns.

Changed the content dynamically using AMPscript based on player and non-player preferences. Player details can be upgraded based on the points scored by the player. Based on the points, the email content should change dynamically throughout the Journey Builder email campaign process.
