Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Telecommunications

I worked on this CRM app's data migration, data integration, database development, and database administration. I also developed the end-user reports and maintained and tuned performance on the database level. Later, I participated in a data warehouse project as a CRM consultant.

Blood and Plasma Management Application

When I started working on this project, I oversaw the blood and plasma management software development using the Java Development Kit (JDK) versions 1.4 and 1.5, Eclipse as an integrated development environment (IDE), and iReport for designing reports.

I got promoted to a deployment engineer and database administrator in the following years. We used different application servers for deployment, such as Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere. I also worked on installing application servers, installing and configuring software and hardware load balancers using Apache Web Server, Zeus 6.0, and the Cisco content switch, and monitoring the application servers' Java virtual machine (JVM) using JConsole and VisualVM.

My next job title was a database administrator. I installed Oracle versions 10g, 11g, and 12c, configured materialized view replication, monitored the database instances using OEM, AWR, and Statspack, tuned database instances, optimized SQLs, and migrated data.

Finally, I also worked as a technical consultant in the last years, conducting specialized training for customers, employees, and organizations. Finally, I ran performance and stress testing of the application, providing the first-level support.
