I collaborated for a year on this project, participating in the development of the plugin for Eclipse, implementing algorithms, tests, bugs, and some UI.

Coral Species Classifier

A MATLAB computer vision project for coral classification. It used a classifier that was trained on a preliminary set of tagged photos of several coral species using advanced image processing algorithms.
