    • Managed artists building content and features for a popular mobile game.
    • Oversaw artists working on live content to be delivered weekly.
    • Supervised and directed UX and UI personnel to break down and ideate through gameplay specs to create mockups and prototypes.

    N3TWORK
    • Managed and directed all art development across the entire game.
    • Joined a nine-person team to established the creative vision for a new mobile IP to be developed in N3TWORK’s San Francisco branch. The new IP featured superhumans with abilities pitted against each other in the setting of an organized sport popular in the near future.
    • Created and drove the process of creating fully 3D characters that all fit within the same eclectic universe.
    • Directed character animations and unique VFX, worked with concept artist to develop the environments for the game, and worked directly with a team of writers to develop the fiction for the world and build each character's backstory (20 fully fleshed out characters in total).
    • Worked with the UX artist to ensure my vision for the UI was a foundation for the user experience and managed the UI prototype process.
    • Facilitated the creation of the the IP brand lockup; i.e., the logo.
    • Facilitated external development through various 2D and 3D outsourcing companies in the US and Europe.
    • Managed, drove iteration, and approved all (art) work coming in externally and worked directly with external vendor leads to ensure quality and consistency as well as to schedule milestones.
    • Worked directly with engineers and a tech artist to create a pipeline so that we could remain small in-house and have several larger studios working simultaneously pouring their data back into the project in an efficient and manageable way.
