- Created the design for a mobile app for the Space Needle which reduce the amount of time needed to get photos taken by users decreased from 10-15 minutes to several seconds. As a result, 20% more users started using the new app within a month.
- Won the San Francisco Design Week award for a project that helped our client, Crisis CleanUp (a work order management platform); it was a web and mobile app to manage volunteer work.
- Designed and launched a platform used to create illustrations online ITG. It won Red Dot, Webby, SOTD on Awwwards, ARC*E, ADC*UA, and the Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of.
- Assisted in growing the design team from one to 17 members.
- Grew the user base by 51% or 10,000 within five months of launching the online builder app. This has since increased to 12,000 per month.
- Launched a redesigned version of the Staked app. Beta testing results showed tremendous results: 84.2 % of 597 beta testers labeled their experience as “very good” and “excellent” and 89.5% of users succeeded 100% in usability studies.
- Launched a new version of the Netrix website which increased conversion 3x. The website won SOTD at the Awwwards.
UI/UX Designer

- Acted as a lead UI/UX designer and was responsible for the overall design direction of the platform for treatment in the behavioral health field.
- Worked closely with stakeholders and product owners from the client’s side to create cohesive product solutions and strategies for the digital platform in the behavioral health field.
- Conducted usability testing, interviews and other research methods to create user-centered solutions.
- Created thoughtful design solutions for the new platform version, including web and mobile applications to improve user experience, introduce new features, and achieve business goals.

- Worked on a free, open-source collaborative work order system that has helped organize 1.2 million volunteers from 1,600+ organizations organize themselves, helping 78,000+ disaster survivors in 130 disasters.
- Improved by 25% the efficiency of 300,000 volunteers, resulting in more than $126 million in improved service delivery value.
- Entered this project in a competition and was one of the winners of San Francisco Design Week.
