- Founded Zielonamapa (now Travelbay), one of the fastest-growing travel startups in Poland.
- Worked on search engine optimization and link-building, leading to 1.6 million unique users in 2022, where 5.7 million poles travel abroad annually.
- Designed a pitch deck for investors and created the whole tokenomics, which adds a web three layer to the existing web 2.0 web app.
- Planned, designed, and deployed a gamification system where users receive postcards as an exchange for their reviews. The result received 4,678 reviews.
- Conducted repetitive guerilla user tests, which led to improving user experience and pivoting the company's strategy.
- Developed the product vision, strategy, and campaigns.
