    • Founded Zielona Mapa, one of the fastest growing travel startups in Poland.
    • Developed the product vision, strategy, and campaigns.
    • Planned, prototyped, designed, and tested user interface of the website.
    • Worked on search engine optimization, link building which led to a 650% growth in traffic (2018), reduced bounce rate down to 11%.
    • Conducted repetitive guerilla user tests which lead to improving user experience and pivot company’s strategy.
    • Actively searched for a scalable businesses model, validated them one by one.
    • Set up key performance indicators for the project.
    • Developed and executed company's strategies—leading to a 358% growth in 2018.
    • Found contractors (mostly copywriters) and effectively delegated them tasks.
    • Worked closely with the development team in an agile work environment.
    • Analyzed heat maps, click maps, and recorded replay sessions (Hotjar).
    • Planned, designed, and deployed gamification system where users receive postcards as an exchange for their reviews. The result received 4,678 reviews.
