- Structured valuation model and financial projections and defined strategy for JV between Falabella Group and Soriana to enter Mexico, estimated at $600 million, and awarded the best Chilean M&A transaction in 2016.
- Elaborated financial model, valuated synergies, and executed the acquisition of Maestro for $492 million, allowing the home improvement business to consolidate its leadership in Peru.
- Structured and presented the retail, real estate, and financial service strategies for Colombia, Peru, and Argentina to the board. Worked directly with the CEOs to prepare financial planning and analysis, business model, and profitability analysis.
- Led and modeled the 2015-2019 $4 billion investment plan for the entire Falabella Group consisting of retail stores, real estate, IT, and logistics for six countries and five businesses. Interacted with corporate CEOs and the board of directors.

- Advised Cemex Latam Holdings, a subsidiary of one of the largest cement companies in the world, on an IPO for $1.1 billion, generating the largest international demand ever raised for a Colombian equity offering.
