He also advised on the valuation of assets with a total value of more than $1 billion while working at the largest private equity fund in the Caucasus region and at a deal advisory department of KPMG Georgia. As a freelancer, Irakli enjoys advising clients on complex investment, M&A, valuation, and private equity projects and transactions.
Constructed a financial model covering 45 acquisitions and existing ones in the United Kingdom healthcare industry. The total acquisition EV was around GBP £100 million (bank debt and vendor financing).
