- Achieved the main goals of the optimization projects, reducing the energy consumption by an average of 20-25% and equipment cost by 35-40%.

- Contributed to the business model development for the first wind tunnel built and operated by us, Madrid Fly (Madridfly.com) in Madrid (Spain), and helped achieve €2.2 million in free media coverage.
- Prepared and supervised the implementation of growth strategy and sales plans, focusing on traction generation, profitability per type of customer analysis, new revenue streams, and cost stream minimization with a goal of €2.5M revenues.
- Prospected and analyzed real estate regulations and conditions for the selection of the best areas to build the first indoor skydiving wind tunnel in the Madrid region.
- Negotiated and obtained a 30-year license permit from local and regional authorities for the real estate project of the first indoor skydiving wind tunnel facility in Madrid (7M€ project, innovative leisure facility open to the public).
- Developed the innovation strategy and financial analysis to secure €7 million of funding, 50% from a private investor group and 50% from banks.
- Designed and supervised the implementation of our proprietary technology and filed two patents for our heat transfer technology.
- Developed a generalized financial model to obtain the pricing of each new wind tunnel model, considering variables such as country of installation, technology complexity, airflow quality, top speed, etc.
