The e-wallet provides financial services that help users accept card payments from their customers, accept cash deposits into the e-wallet account, purchase mobile top-ups, and pay for utility and essential bills.

The e-wallet is a global product functional in several countries across LATAM and Africa, specifically Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, and South Africa.

PayXpress - Bill Payment and Money Transfer App

Led the development of an updated version that allowed users to hold cash in a wallet system and perform transactions.

PayXpress is an electronic payment platform that provides users the convenience of performing financial transactions digitally. Transactions like bill payments, airtime purchases, payment of levies/taxes, and transfer of funds can be carried out on PayXpress.

PayXpress is available on the web and has a mobile application optimized for Android and IOS devices. The application supports card payments, payment with a bank account, and other payment methods like QR code, USSD, and wallet payment.

PlaX – Enumeration and Benefit Administration

Led the design, development, and deployment of the enumeration and benefits administration platform that has grown to have a monthly recurring revenue of $1 million.

PlaX enables a seamless end-to-end solution for the administration of public benefits and social development initiatives. PlaX handles the enumeration, verification, disbursements, and re-collection through a web and mobile application.

PlaX has a total of 175,000 enumerations and 8,700 disbursements. PlaX is built to enable offline access to its users and offers multiple data verification and approval levels.

Alipay Acquiring App

Led the development of the Alipay acquiring app. The app and service is the first licensed payment process that allowed West African merchants to collect Alipay payments directly.

The Alipay acquiring app is the payment service that facilitates the direct collection of Alipay transactions by African merchants. It also allowed Alipay users to make payments directly from their accounts/wallets without needing alternative modes of payment. Merchants that own hotels, restaurants, and tourist destinations had a huge advantage with the Alipay acquiring app's availability.
