Co-founded a digital skills training startup focused on youth in Africa. Currently building an edtech solution to offer courses in digital skills. The startup has trained students across four continents in the past two years.

I am a facilitator for certain modules in available courses and also the head of products for the edtech platform we are building to cater to digital skills in Africa. We are in the testing phase for the web platform featuring courses in video formats, examination, and certification with several integrations to aid live teachings, marketing, and growth.

RexHub

Organized a suite of financial APIs used internally and commercialized them for public usage in less than four months of joining the team, leveraging UI/UX design, making API documentation publicly available, and developing a developer portal.

RexHub allows third-party systems to connect to payment APIs in a secure, organized, and reliable way. It provides a single point of access to the company's public-facing APIs (bills payment, disbursement, collections, loans aggregation, identity verification, and so on) and ensures that a third-party application has the required access to the service it needs to integrate with.

RexHub offers solutions to issues around unorganized payments APIs, access, and management coupled with the need for free, fast, and easy integration.

Some of the APIs offered are:

Loans: Clients can offer loans from different loan providers on their digital channels. The API connects the client to multiple providers and loan offers that end users can enjoy.

Bills payment: One single API that helps customers pay different bills such as Cable TV, Electricity, Airtime and so much more across a variety of providers.

Disbursement: The API helps businesses make single and bulk transfers from a third-party application to any bank account in Nigeria.

Collections: The API allows clients to get paid via direct debit and payment gateway with USSD, cards, bank transfers, QR payment channels.

Payloader

Led the product development team, making business and technical decisions that resulted in the successful launch of the product to the market. Championed successful migration of users from the previous platform (Topupxtra) to Payloader.

Payloader is an online airtime vending platform that allows both single and bulk recharge of airtime and mobile data to phone numbers. It is used by IoT companies in Nigeria with devices in the field that needs mobile data to function. It's also used by individuals and companies to recharge up to 1,000 staff lines at once.

The system was designed to be network agnostic (meaning you don't need to specify a network to recharge any line), schedule recharges to be done at specified periods, and provide reports and analytics for all transactions.

Electronic Medical Record Solution

Gathered requirements through user interviews and research. Managed the development of the product through sprint planning, development, demo, and deployment. Managed the project stakeholders to provide project updates.

The Electronic Medical Record Solution is an application built to help the pediatric unit of a university teaching hospital in Nigeria manage the medical records of inpatients and outpatients.

It covers features for scheduling, content management, prescription, lab integration, and lots more. Two other teaching hospitals later adopted the solution.
