Co-developed and implemented a fraud mitigation tool for Citigroup's Trade and Treasury Solutions (TTS). This tool aided Fortune 500 companies in validating B2B and B2C payments, ensuring they went to the intended individual or entity.

I wrote business requirements, created the UI/UX, and collaborated with cross-functional teams, such as development, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer support. I also developed Citi's go-to-market strategy, which helped me obtain and market new clients yearly. As a result, Citi's customers could validate millions of transactions annually and significantly mitigate the amount of fraud that was occurring.

I researched and integrated various payment networks into Citigroup's TTS tech stack. First, I conducted market research to understand consumer and business payment trends and created business proposals to pitch to senior leadership. Upon receiving approval, I integrated several payment networks within Citi's enterprise product suite, such as PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard Send, and Zelle. I also worked in an Agile framework creating epics and features while leading Scrum teams. As a result of these payment integrations, Citi's corporate clients were able to execute millions of B2B and B2C transactions every year.

Push Notification Software Integration

Integrated push notification software into IBM's marketing cloud product suite.

Led the integration of the push notification software into IBM's marketing cloud (IMC) suite, which allowed enterprise clients to target individuals through email, SMS, and push notifications communication channels. I managed the software integration while collaborating with IMC developers in an Agile framework. This integration allowed IBM's clients to close the gap and capture their customers' entire marketing lifecycle. Over one million push notifications were completed monthly through this integration for IMC clients.
