Predictive Analytics

Designed the MVP data pipeline architecture to help create the initial machine learning data pipeline from beginning to end. Headed the platform development that would be rolled out across Sharp as part of the innovation team.

SaaS to Increase User Engagement

Created user engagement features such as one-stop shop to improve retention by over 50% of new cohorts.

One of the products I was tasked with managing reduced user retention with aggressive user acquisition. The customer lifetime value of the cohorts was getting less and less expressive. I created a series of features such as celebrity news engagement, easy access to customer support to retain customers, and an in-line survey to get real-time insights to improve our user retention.
