This was a six-month-long project wherein I led a cross-functional team of 20 people to launch the products successfully.

The project management plan and deliverables included customer research, product design strategy, product requirements, BRDs, product manuals, artifact design, IT product parameters, user acceptance testing (UAT), regulatory approvals, training of end users, and go-to-market strategy.

The products were related to mobile banking, savings accounts, current accounts, and debit cards.

The work involved conceptualizing the strategy, product design, product development, testing and product roll-out. We also identified customer segments, performed market research and competition analysis, defined building blocks, and built product manuals and BRDs.
