The company experienced robust growth in client base in 2020. The clients were retailers that found in conversational commerce an opportunity to get through COVID-19 restrictions and expand their sales in digital channels. The sales journey redesign was one of the initiatives that aimed to improve client satisfaction by increasing their conversion rates. The redesign allowed the clients to personalize their sales experience based on their business needs. Thus, a vendor would not need to input unnecessary information or perform unnecessary actions. Besides that, the new sales journey allowed user tracking and experimentation for data-driven UX improvements. Together with other initiatives, the new journey was tested with a pilot and increased its conversion rate from 2% to 14%.

Keeping inventory information up to date is a must for dropshipping eCommerce. Not receiving this information may result in selling products that suppliers do not have available or ceasing to sell available products. Creating an internal product to monitor big head products inventory integration allowed the sales performance team to quickly identify deviates in suppliers inventory and work with suppliers to sync the new information. The sales of these products represented a 4% increase in the company's revenue.

Mobile Concussion Management Application for Amateur Sports

Collaborated with South African and Pakistani researchers to define, design, and deliver a mobile application for concussion management in amateur sports.

An application was developed that allowed accessible baseline testing and access to a player's concussion history from anywhere in the world. The application was used to monitor players from the day they start playing sport until they potentially become professional sports players.

Implementation of Lean and MTM Techniques in Remanufacturing

Led the design and development of a MVP of a web-based platform for remanufacturing plant design and feasibility assessment.

Remanufacturing is the backbone of the circular economy, but the current remanufacturing processes do not yet benefit from state-of-the-art practices in traditional lean manufacturing. The goal of the MVP was to integrate into one state-of-the-art product practice to benefit small remanufactures of East Europe and Asia to design and assess the feasibility of remanufacturing ventures.
