In charge of GTM strategy and POS vendor management to ensure a fit between software and hardware, thereby allowing for an integrated solution to be provided to airlines. Launched successfully in 2018, with awards received for the product's success and benefits.

Custom ERP

Completed the re-tooling and strategy definition of our custom in-house ERP solution, which included the execution of a staffing turnaround, Agile transformation, and, ultimately, a GTM strategy to generate cash flow.

Took an in-house tool and transformed it into an enterprise application, with plans to commercialize it in the near future with a robust GTM strategy, thereby generating significant cash flow for the business.

Digital Transformation

6-year digital transformation strategy identified and defined per the IT strategy at gategroup, completed in four years with a lean team.

I managed the definition and execution of the digital transformation strategy with a lean team of 15 resources handling 150 locations worldwide. I executed in an intelligent manner with minimal service interruptions and high CSAT. The transformation included cloud migrations, unified communications, legacy apps converted/consolidated to SaaS solutions, cloud PBX transformation at all sites and operations, network rationalization, agile transformation of all software teams with an emphasis on product management, and GTM strategy development for in-house tools via the creation of a roadmap toward commercialization.

M&A Post-merger Integration

Ran point on managing multiple post-merger integrations for one of the largest organizations in the large building material industry, including people, process, technology integration, and modernizing infrastructure and systems.

I managed over 30 resources, including technical resources across infrastructure, software development, business resources, and HR personnel. I identified a plan for integration, consolidation and efficiency opportunities, and process/tool improvement. I executed the program for over two years to complete a highly complex integration for the entire organization. This includes the integration of four companies as part of the engagement so far.

PPM and ALM Tools Champion

Identified, configured, and launched multiple PPM and ALM tools across various industries and clients to help identify the right tool to fit the organization's requirements. Identified and delivered the solution iteratively.
