Innovation Management Platform for Large Enterprises

Founded the company that developed an innovation management platform for large enterprises, establishing and leading the product delivery team on an Agile, Lean Startup basis.

The company's mission was to move forward with creativity by supporting innovation processes in small and large enterprises, from creative brainstorming to channeling ideas into the enterprise's innovation process. It effectively opened up the possibility of involving an unlimited number of people throughout the company.

I accompanied the company for the first 2.5 years as a CTO and product owner, spearheading product development. While working at the company, I built the product and the Agile, Lean Startup-based team. After getting the first large enterprise customers, I won the first prize in a startup competition, established an office in the US, and accomplished the first venture capitalist.

Electronic Records Management Software

Joined the Scrum team as a product and led it to success on a failed waterfall project by introducing the domain-driven design approach in teamwork and communication with the customer.

This project was my first Agile project delivered to a governmental defense entity. I was involved in the team as a senior engineer and product owner.

I introduced the domain-driven design approach, adopting this language in communication with each other and the source code, simultaneously using Java and a database source code.

I maintained high technical excellence in product development using extreme programming techniques such as test-driven development.

Agile Transformation Support for a Bank

Launched two new teams within a bank as part of their Agile journey, mentoring other Scrum Masters and managers and creating the company's Agile transformation roadmap.

The bank had previous experience launching a new Agile team and wanted to establish new ones. However, the organizational structure had not changed yet, so they needed to create the conditions for collaboration between business and IT: how to delegate people to the two new teams, how their managers in the organizational hierarchy would delegate authority over them, and how people in the new team would have autonomy.

I supported the collaboration between the two areas with regular retrospectives and mentored two Scrum Masters, three product owners, and ten managers involved in the process.

At the end of the project, I outlined different scenarios as a continuation of the Agile transformation.
