Project History

  • 40 Hospitals in Two Years
    Oversaw a project that built and implemented a health information system in 40 public institutions in two years.

    I was promoted from the scrum master of a development team to the project manager. I was responsible for the contract with the Cordoba Province (government) account and was in charge of several teams that designed, developed, and implemented the health information system (HIS) that was used in every public health institution in the state.

    We had a two-year window and 40 institutions to achieve and complete the contract.

  • Digital Transformation of a Public Institution
    Coached the team that built the system that enabled the technological and digital transformation of the Ministry of Finance.

    As a project manager and scrum master, I oversaw a development team and project coordination. We had to make an in-depth adaptation of the business processes, and we also developed the systems and applications that achieved a truly digital transformation of the institution.
